John Faulkes
John is an organisation and team performance development specialist from Sussex, UK. His background is as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He’s worked with organisations worldwide in a variety of industry sectors.
John has also spent some years developing IT-based blended learning – assessment tools and eLearning packages that sit alongside traditional learning and development programmes.
John’s particular skills are in helping clients to plan a mix of online and face-to-face activities that ensure the maximum strengths of each medium are used appropriately. Also in building packages that are truly interactive, featuring real challenge and two-way communication.
