Our major project – Molecules to Markets
During 2009 and 2010 we are working to develop an eLearning package 'Molecules to Markets', in conjunction with our friends at PPMLD. The latter are experts in proving learning about the Pharmaceutical business.

We are working on some trial versions at present, and below are some screen captures:
The package will feature video clips throughout of views from expert scientists and commercial managers from the industry. These will stream over the internet - no special technology will be required at the learners' end.
Learning will be interactive throughout - not just 'page turning' - featuring questions and answers, rating games and so on - just like people would find in a modern face-to-face training situation. The text content can be easily provided in a range of languages.
eLearners will have very clear indication of where they are and how to get where they want to go. This is the 'virtual company' showing all of the divisions, each of which can be explored and relevant content accessed. Content can be adapted to feature your own materials.
As well as sections of content that can be accessed at will, an end-to-end product development simulation will be used, allowing learners to test their knowledge and pre-conceptions about the industry - this speeds learning as well as making it more fun!
