Project Management Capabilities

This is a suite of assessments that uniquely measures the human or people-skills aspects of your company and how they impact on working cross-functionally and on effective project management.


These tools can accelerate the many conversations and interviews that are needed to discover exactly which training or change interventions are required to improve effectiveness. Using elements of this suite helps you to get faster and cheaper the the point where you understand exactly what to do.

There are three complementary assessment modules:

  • Project Environment Questionnaire - his generates a report of how well your company is set up to make development projects work effectively and highlights where the barriers really are. See more here  
  • Project Leadership Questionnaire - this is most suitable for individuals who have recently moved, or who are a considering a move into managing projects. See more here  
  • Project Team Effectiveness Questionnaire - this is designed to analyse the styles of all the members of a project team, report on the team's strengths and present a risk assessment of possible performance problems. See more here
